Step 1: Browse Products

Each product listing typically includes:
- Product name and specifications
- Country of origin or warehouse location
- Warehouse type (FBA or overseas warehouse)
- Available stock quantity
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
- Date of listing
- Detailed product descriptions and downloadable stock lists (if available)
If a product is marked as “Sold Out”, it means the item is no longer in stock. Please feel free to browse other available products.
🔔 Note: We do not sell used or returned goods. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all items listed are brand new.
Step 2: Contact Us for Inventory Confirmation

Step 3: FBA Products – All-Inclusive Shipping
For FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) products:
- Shipping is fully included in the price.
- No need to calculate additional freight charges.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
- After payment, we will provide full warehouse transfer screenshots.
- Once the goods are received and verified, you’ll pay the remaining 50% balance.
Step 4: Overseas Warehouse Products – Self Pick-Up
For overseas warehouse goods:
- Buyers are responsible for arranging their own logistics and pick-up.
- We will coordinate with the warehouse to schedule a pick-up time and provide all necessary documents.
- You should calculate the shipping cost yourself based on the warehouse address, product volume, and weight.
- A 50% deposit is required before scheduling the pick-up.
- After receiving and confirming the goods, you’ll pay the final 50% balance.
Step 5: Damaged Items or Delivery Issues
If any items arrive damaged, defective, or are not brand new as promised:
- Please send clear photos and videos to our team.
- We will exclude the affected units from the final invoice.
(For example, if you ordered 100 units and 2 were broken, you will be charged for only 98.)
In cases of logistics discrepancies, such as USPS or Amazon showing “Delivered” but the goods were not received (more rare with UPS):
- We will settle the balance based on the actual quantity received and the specific case details.
Step 6: Payment Methods
